JA RECOVERY
A daily check-in, a grounding toolkit, and a coach who sees how the week actually went.

JA Recovery

JA Recovery is a daily structure app for people building routines while managing focus, overload, and recovery — and for the coaches who hold them to it. It is free, carries no advertising, and has no in-app purchases.

JA Recovery is not a medical, clinical, or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and its Emergency Accountability button alerts the coach you paired with — nobody else. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.

What it does

Daily Check-In

Tick off the morning grounding routine, write down how the day actually went in The Daily Pause, and take three quick readings — anxiety and tension, workload and bandwidth, physical energy — on a 1–10 scale. A weekly snapshot averages them so a pattern shows without anyone having to keep score.

Virtual Toolkit

A break timer for stepping away from a screen, the Boundary Playbook — phrases you can borrow or write yourself, ready to copy when a conversation needs one — and the Alignment Creed for the days that need reminding why.

The Touchpoint

Pair with an accountability coach by email. They see your check-ins, your weekly Kindness and Service Log, and nothing else. If a Pulse Check crosses the threshold you set, or you press the Emergency Accountability button, they are notified so they can reach out.

History Logs

Everything you have logged, by day and by category, with any entry deletable on the spot.

For coaches

A coach account has its own app: a dashboard of who needs attention, every member’s check-ins as they arrive, a roster with each person’s history, and an SOS queue to work through and resolve.

Privacy, briefly

No advertising. No third-party analytics or crash reporting. No tracking, and no advertising identifier. Your check-ins are visible to you and to the one coach you chose. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
